I did not need any customer service, so I'm unable to review that aspect. However, the ring is beautiful and looks just like the picture. The gemstones were a bit loose, but since I ordered the copper wire base, which is a bit hard to work with when securing gems, I do not consider it a crafting flaw at all and it will not impact my review. Thank you so much for the lovely ring! I look forward to wearing it in the future and I'm glad that it matches the photo so well.

I did eventually received my item that was lost in transit and looks like the picture I'm very happy with the quality and price of the item and the seller was prompt with her response and solution to my originally lost item. Not disappointed and would definitely purchase from this seller in the future
