I can’t comment on the item quality because I never received it. I placed the order on 10/20 and requested a cancellation/refund on 10/29 after seeing the tracking status stuck at “pre-transit.” The seller claimed it had already shipped and couldn’t be canceled. I filed a case with Etsy, and the next day the tracking updated to “In Transit.” I’m still unsure if it will arrive, but the experience left me uncomfortable purchasing from this shop. I’m grateful Etsy stepped in, but the process wasted a lot of time. If this had been time-sensitive, it would have been a major issue.
